October 3, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) has appealed to joint-stock companies.
ABC.AZ informs that the appeal says that in accordance with Article 75 of the Law on the Securities Market, with exception of cases provided for by law, the annual report of the JSC is compiled based on the results of each completed calendar year and approved at the general meeting of shareholders.
Reports are submitted to the CBA no later than 10 days from this date. If the CBA does not give instructions to suspend the disclosure of the report, the annual report must be published on its website (if available) and in the media within 30 days from the date indicated by the JSC.
In accordance with the requirements of the legislation, the annual statements of issuers must contain management reports, financial statements and the opinion of an outside auditor (with exception of micro and small businesses) on the audit of the statements.
