October 3, Fineko/abc.az. The authorized capital of Baku Pay LLC, the legal owner of Payonix, has been increased by 4 times.
ABC.AZ reports that payment organization’s authorized capital has grown from 750,000 manats up to 2.75 million manats.
Baku Pay LLC was established in 2017 and received a license from the Central Bank in March 2025. At the time of its creation, the company had only 10 manats of authorized capital.
