October 3, Fineko/abc.az. To date, 55,932 borrowers have received loans for totally 3.673 bn manats through the Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund, ABC.AZ reports, referring to the AMCGF.
In addition, the amount of guarantees and subsidies provided totaled 581 million manats.
8,248 apartments were sold through rental.
The AMCGF was established in late 2017 as a result of the merger of Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund OJSC and Credit Guarantee Fund OJSC and is their legal successor.
