In September, 33.17 million clicks on malicious links blocked

October 6, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Sept 2025, 379.805 million clicks on malicious links were blocked on AzStateNet network (38.6% less versus Jan-Sept 2024), ABC.AZ reports, referring to the Special State Service for Communications & Information Security.

In September alone, 33.17 million malicious traffic was blocked (42.5% less than a year ago).

In 9 months, 21.816 million e-documents containing malware were blocked through the central antivirus system installed at the end users, and 84,605 were blocked through the sandbox protection system (6.4-fold more and 53.3% less than in annual terms, respectively).

In 2024, 814.37 million malicious traffic was blocked on the AzStateNet network, 4.48 million through the central antivirus system installed by end users, and 195,820 e-documents with malicious content through the sandbox protection system.
