ABC.AZ reports with reference to the STS, that the legal address of the new company is 103 Zarifa Aliyeva Street, Sabayil district, Baku. Company’s authorized capital is 1,000,000 manats and the legal representative is Turkish citizen Ilhami Kelesh.

He is also the deputy chairman of board at Makine ve Kimya Endüstrisi A.Ş, a leading Turkish defense industry company.
