October 16, Fineko/abc.az. For Jan-Sept 2025, mortgage loans in the amount of 354 million manats were given at the expense of the Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund, of which 69 million manats accounted for concessional mortgage loans.

ABC.AZ informs, referring to the Fund, that in 9 months, the housing conditions of 2,565 citizens or families have improved due to conventional loans, and 816 citizens have improved due to preferential loans.

The average amount of loans given this year was 104,800 manats.

In order to ensure the availability of mortgage loans with lower down payment for people who do not have sufficient personal savings, as of October 1, 2025, the Fund provided guarantees for 1,423 mortgage loans in the amount of 132 million manats.

To date, the AMCGF has given mortgage loans for totally 3.68 bn manats, which has improved the living conditions of about 56,000 families. 67% of mortgage loan recipients are young people and young families.
