October 22, Fineko/abc.az. It is important to develop regional and international transport and communication capabilities. The projects of transport routes in the region are not competing, they will complement each other and further increase the potential of the South Caucasus.

ABC.AZ informs that Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan made this statement during his speech at the 5th Tbilisi Silk Road Forum.

He added that the opening of the Black Sea Railway in accordance with Paragraph 4 of the Washington Declaration will increase the transport potential not only of Armenia, but also of Georgia and Azerbaijan.

"This peaceful dialogue between Armenia and Azerbaijan will normalize good–neighborly relations and turn the South Caucasus into the most attractive East-West route. Peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan will bring prosperity and development to the South Caucasus. We have created such a situation, and we must replace it with even more energy, more cargo turnover, greater prosperity and development," the Armenian leader stressed.
