October 22, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Sept 2025, 6.6 million manats were spent on the construction of cable car lines in Shusha, Khankendi and Lachin, ABC.AZ informs, referring to the Ministry of Finance of Azerbaijan.

The length of the Khankendi–Shusha cable car line will be nearly 6 km. The height in Khankendi will reach 844 m, and in Shusha - 1,317 m. The journey time will be roughly 13 minutes, with speed of up to 8 m/sec.

The project is aimed at developing tourism and providing convenient transport links between Khankendi and Shusha.
