The interlocutors of the publication claim that two administrative complaints were filed by Trump. In 2023, he claimed damages for violations of his rights.

In the second complaint from 2024, the head of the White House accused the FBI of violating privacy by conducting a search at his Mar-a-Lago residence.

"The U.S. Department of Justice is also accused of malicious prosecution for bringing charges of improper handling of confidential documents after leaving office as president," the publication says.
