October 23, Fineko/abc.az. The State Budget of Azerbaijan for 2026 envisages allocation of 85 million manats to increase the authorized capital of the Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund.

ABC.AZ informs that this is reflected in the budget package for 2026, which is presented to the Milli Majlis.

In addition, it is assumed that the AMCGF will receive 15 million manats next year to subsidize interest on bank loans in manats received by entrepreneurs (in the period from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2026).

Thus, the AMCGF will receive 100 million manats from the State Budget in 2026.

"These funds will create additional opportunities to meet the housing needs of the population and to purchase housing on preferential terms, as well as to stimulate entrepreneurial activity," the document says.
