October 28, Fineko/abc.az. Artificial intelligence-based management models will become new insurance standards in the near future.

ABC.AZ informs that CBA general director Vusal Gurbanov made this statement during his speech at the Insurtech Summit of the Turkic World - 2025, held in Baku.

He noted that automated assessments based on data engineering allow insurers to offer more accurate and flexible services.

According to Gurbanov, all this increases customer loyalty, reduces operating costs and contributes to the sustainable development of insurance.

"The use of Insurtech, regulatory sandbox regimes and the impact of digital transformation on local and global markets are in the constant focus of CBA's attention as a regulator," Gurbanov added.
