October 28, Fineko/abc.az. It is important to allow the movement of cars between the countries of the OTS without international insurance "green card".

ABC.AZ reports that Ozgur Obaly, Secretary General of the Union of Insurers of Turkey, stated about this, when delivering speech at InsurTech-2025, the summit on insurance technologies of the Turkic states.

He noted that creation of single insurance space will allow citizens to move freely between states without additional bureaucratic procedures.

"Policy obtained in one Turkic country should be valid in another. We partially implemented this through the green card system, but I'm sure we can achieve the same thing without it. For this, it is necessary to coordinate the regulatory environment," he said.
