October 28, Fineko/abc.az. In the first 9 months of 2025, the State Budget financing to the Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund amounted to 47.8 million manats (27% less versus Jan-Sept 2024).

At the same time, the volume of bonds placed by the AMCGF increased from 450 million up to 550 million manats, which means an annual increase of 22%, ABC.AZ informs with reference to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.

The total amount of mortgage loans given by banks for Jan-Sept 2025 reached 354.4 million manats (3% less against Jan-Sept 2024).

The amount of loans refinanced by the AMCGF decreased by 0.5% to 306.5 million manats.

At that, the amount of finances raised by the AMCGF through the bond issue grew by 22.2% up to 550 million manats, while financing from the State Budget decreased by 27.1% to 47.9 million manats.
