October 31, Fineko/abc.az. The possibilities of implementing mutual investment initiatives between Azerbaijan and the Belgian Federation of Enterprises were discussed.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Ministry of Economy that discussions were held at a meeting with Deputy Economy Minister Samad Bashirli and President of the Federation of Belgian Enterprises, Executive Director of FiB Belgium Rene Branders.

It was stressed at the meeting that Azerbaijan attaches great importance to development of relations with the Kingdom of Belgium, noting that the meetings, events and negotiations held are important for expanding economic cooperation. The possibilities of strengthening cooperation with Belgium in the fields of trade, industry, energy, transport and other areas were brought to attention. Belgian investors are invited to actively participate in projects implemented in our country.

The sides assessed the priorities of Azerbaijan-Belgium economic cooperation, implementation of mutual investment initiatives and the possibility of organizing export missions.
