November 6, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan has drawn up an administrative protocol against AFB Bank OJSC, and the court ruled in favor of the regulator.

ABC.AZ reports that in connection with the violation of the requirements of the legislation on countering the legalization of criminally acquired property and the financing of terrorism within the CBA’s ongoing control processes in September, the Yasamal District Court of Baku, in accordance with Articles 598.1.1, 598.1.2 and 598.1.5 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, AFB Bank OJSC was fined 50,000 manats, and an executive officer of AFB Bank was fined for 10,000 manats.
