November 6, Fineko/abc.az. The period of exemption from property and land taxes of banks that have lost their solvency may be extended in Azerbaijan.

ABC.az informs that this is reflected in the draft budget package for 2026.

In this regard, it is planned to amend the Tax Code.

According to the proposed amendment, this period should be 12 years from January 1, 2019. Currently, this period is 7 years.
