Optimization of excise tax coefficients of these cars is supposed

November 6, Fineko/abc.az. In Azerbaijan, it is planned to optimize the coefficients used in calculating the excise tax on vehicles whose production period exceeds 7 years at the time of their import.

ABC.AZ reports that this is reflected in the draft budget package for 2026.

According to the document, the innovation is planned as one of the main directions of income policy for 2026-2029 in order to support entrepreneurial activity and reduce the tax burden.
