Data unveiled on associated gas supplies from ACG block

November 6, Fineko/abc.az. For Jan-Sept 2025, an average of 8 million cu m of associated gas per day were transferred from ACG to SOCAR, ABC.AZ informs, referring to BP’s report on the results of operations in Azerbaijan in the first 9 months of this year.

The bulk of associated gas is directed to Sangachal terminal, as well as to SOCAR's production facilities at Neft Dashlari (Oil Rocks).

For comparison, for Jan-Sept 2024, ACG supplied an average of 6.5 million cu m of associated gas daily.

Thus, the volume of associated gas supplies increased more than by 23% against the 2024 same term.

The project operator is BP Exploration (Caspian Sea) Limited on behalf of the parties to the Production Sharing Agreement (PSA) for the Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli block of fields.
