November 7, Fineko/abc.az. The German Bundestag has announced its intention to create an expert commission on relations with China.

ABC.AZ informs that the purpose of creating the commission is the need to analyze the economic relations between Germany and China related to the security of Germany. In particular, experts will have to assess Germany's dependence on China.

The sphere of interest of the state agency will include value chains, especially in relation to the import of energy and raw materials, as well as technologies that are significant from an economic and political point of view. In addition, it is planned to monitor the volume of exports, export control and investment activities. Other areas of observation include the analysis of comparable relations between other countries and China (for example, Japan), risk mitigation options, and risks associated with research collaboration.
