November 12, Fineko/abc.az. The Azerbaijan State Oil Company (SOCAR) has established a new enterprise to provide project management at Shafag-Asiman field located in the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian Sea.

ABC.AZ reports that the recently-formed SOCAR Şəfəq-Asiman LLC has passed the state registration. The company has been registered for tax purposes at the Baku City General Directorate for Local Revenue of the State Tax Service.

The company is located at 121 Heydar Aliyev Avenue, Narimanov district, Baku. The head office, SOCAR Tower, is located at this address. The director of LLC is Rashad Bakhtiev.
