November 12, Fineko/abc.az. Armenia will not abandon grain from Russia in favor of Ukrainian products, ABC.AZ reports, quoting Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan, as saying this at a briefing.

Earlier, the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service informed that Yerevan would refuse from Russian grain in favor of more expensive Ukrainian grain at the expense of the European Union. Armenia will take such steps for political reasons.

"This can't be happening," Pashinyan said, commenting on this information.

The PM called the message "an absolute misunderstanding".

Last week, 15 wagons of wheat from Russia arrived in Armenia through Azerbaijan and Georgia, and more than 130 wagons are to be shipped in the coming months.
