December 2, Fineko/abc.az. The State Agency for Antimonopoly Supervision and Consumer Market Control appealed to business entities operating fuel refueling facilities.

ABC.AZ reports, referring to the Agency, that the appeal notes that among the additional conditions required to obtain a license to operate gas stations, it provides for obtaining an appropriate opinion from the State Agency. Thus, in order to issue a license for the operation of gas station facilities, it is necessary to have an appropriate Agency's conclusion that the measuring instruments used at these facilities comply with the requirements of the Law on Ensuring the Uniformity of Measurements, and in relation to goods covered by technical regulations, the Law on Technical Regulation.

For this purpose, measuring instruments used at gas stations must undergo type approval, appropriate inspections, and goods subject to technical regulations must undergo conformity assessment procedures. As a result, supporting documents must be obtained — a certificate, a certificate, an inspection report, etc.
