December 11, Fineko/abc.az. The National Center for Artificial Intelligence has started the creation of a Data Processing Center.

ABC.AZ informs that the official representative of the Center, Ibrahim Suleymanov, stated about this at the event on the theme "Communication of artificial Intelligence standards with media representatives" held in Baku.

According to Suleymanov, GPU modules have already been purchased: "The equipment has been purchased, and installation is currently underway. In the near future, government agencies will be able to conduct AI projects with the use of this equipment. Our center has started cooperating in this area with a number of universities, and in the coming days we will start working on startup projects with students."

Suleymanov noted that one of the strategic goals is to use the competitive platform: "Here, students and young people will share certain issues on AI with the public. Participants will submit their AI solutions to the competition. The participants who submitted the best solution will be awarded. The platform will be constantly running, and new competitions will be held on it regularly."

Suleymanov also noted that it is planned to create a database, which is one of the foundations of AI: "The creation of an AI database in the Azerbaijani language is one of the strategic goals. It is planned to launch an interactive learning platform so that both students and schoolchildren can easily master the basics of AI. Educational plans on topics for access to AI will be presented."
