December 11, Fineko/abc.az. From January to November 2025, the State Service for Propwety Issues conducted 50 auctions, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the SSPI.

It is noted that 7 joint-stock companies, 4 small state-owned enterprises, 1 unfinished construction site, and 999 vehicles were privatized at auctions.

Over Jan-Nov 2025, State Budget revenues from privatization amounted to 127.1 million manats.

The Service concluded 4,556 new lease agreements: 604 for non-residential and 3,952 for land plots. For the past months, the State Budget received 41.6 million manats from the lease of immovable state property (non-residential and land plots).

Thus, for Jan-Nov 2025, the budget received a total of 168.7 million manats from the privatization and lease of state property.
