December 15, Fineko/abc.az. In the first 9 months of 2025, there was a slight increase through money transfer systems to Azerbaijan. Thus, for Jan-Sept 2025, the country received $850 million in cash (a rise of 0.2%).

ABC.AZ informs that CBA Statistics Department’s director Samir Nasirov made this statement at a briefing on the publication of the balance of payments.

He published the list of countries that have distinguished themselves with the largest number of money transfers to Azerbaijan:

Russia - $344 million;

Turkey - $140 million;

U.S. - $74 million;

UK - $31 million;

Georgia - $30 million

Nasirov stressed that during this period, the money transfers from Azerbaijan abroad totaled $361 million.

Distribution of the largest number of money transfers from Azerbaijan by country:

Turkey - $104 million;

U.S. - $55.8 million;

Russia - $34 million;

UK - $20 million;

Georgia - $19.8 million
