January 12, Fineko/abc.az. Starting from today, Azerbaijan Railways CJSC has launched regular passenger service on the Ganja-Gabala-Ganja route for the first time.

ABC.AZ informs that this is the second intraregional route of Azerbaijan Railways after Ganja-Mingachevir-Ganja line and is aimed at increasing the transport accessibility of the regions, as well as developing interregional ties and mobility of the population.

Modern electric trains with seating facilities serve passengers along the route. Trains will run daily at 10:10 from Ganja Railway Station in the direction of Gabala and at 18:00 from Gabala to Ganja. The total duration of the trip will be 1 hour and 50 minutes.

Passengers will also be able to use the stations and stops Goran, Yevlakh, Lyaki and Agdash on the route with total length of 139 km.
