January 12, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan exported 360,000 eggs for $21,000 to Iraq for Jan-Oct 2025.

Compared with Jan-Oct 2024, egg exports to Iraq declined in value by $64,000, or 75.3% (4-fold), and in quantitative terms by 720,000, or 66.7% (3-fold), ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee.

From January to October 2024, our couтtry exported 1.8 million eggs to Iraq for $85,000.

The average price of one egg exported to Iraq this year was 9.9 gapiks (5.8 cents). Last year, this figure was 13.4 gapiks (7.9 cents), which means a drop of 26.1%.
