January 12, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Oct 2025, Azerbaijan imported 8,181 tons of seed potatoes for $6.5 million (2.4-fold more in value and 2.2-fold more in quantity against the 2024 same term), ABC.AZ informs with reference to the State Statistics Committee.

Azerbaijan imported 3,820 tons of products from Turkey for $3.8 million (4-fold more against the previous year), 2,221 tons from Georgia for $752,000 (+44-fold), 541 tons from Germany for $663,000 (+5%), from the Netherlands - 523 tons for $567,000 (+21%), from Ukraine - 865 tons for $549,000 (+10-fold).

This year, for the first time in the last 14 years, shipments were made from France (40 tons for $45,400).
