January 12, Fineko/abc.az. Last year, 9.6 bcm of natural gas were exported from Azerbaijan to Turkey.

ABC.AZ reports, referring to the Ministry of Energy, that compared with 2024, gas exports from Azerbaijan to Turkey decreased by 300 million cu m, or 3%, last year.

In 2024, 9.9 bcm of natural gas were exported from Azerbaijan to Turkey.

In 2025, 51.5 bcm of natural gas were produced in Azerbaijan. Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli produced 14.1 bcm, Shah Deniz produced 27.9 bcm, Absheron field produced 1.6 bcm, and SOCAR produced 7.9 bcm.

Gas exports during this period totaled 25.2 bcm. Of them, 12.8 bcm were exported to Europe, 9.6 bcm to Turkey (including 5.6 bcm through TANAP), 2.3 bcm to Georgia and 500 million cu m to Syria.
