January 13, Fineko/abc.az. Paramount increases pressure on Warner Bros. Discovery, intending to nominate its candidates to the Board of Directors and suing, demanding to disclose the details of the choice of the Netflix offer.

ABC.AZ informs that the company accuses Warner's management of a biased sales process. In turn, Warner says that the deal with Netflix is more profitable for shareholders due to Paramount's debt burden, and recalls that the Board of Directors has already rejected its offer of $108 billion in favor of a deal with Netflix for $83 billion.
