January 21, Fineko/abc.az. The list of real estate on the balance sheet of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, which will be put up for auction on February 18, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., has been published.

ABC.AZ informs that the property auction will be held on the 2nd floor of the Property Services Center of the State Service.

The real estate put up for auction is mainly located in the central districts of Baku, in particular in Nasimi district along 28 May Street and adjacent addresses. The list includes apartments, non-residential premises, garages, individual residential buildings and country houses.

The lowest initial selling price is 44,500 manats, and the highest initial selling price is 4.644 million manats. The amount of the deposit required to participate in the auction is set at 5% of the initial sale price.
