January 21, Fineko/abc.az. Last year, our country imported 123,319 motor vehicles for $2.387 bn.

ABC.AZ informs with reference to the State Statistics Committee that compared with 2024, car imports increased by 29.4% in quantitative terms and by 34.3% in quantitative terms.

In particular, 91,838 vehicles for $1.844 bn were imported in Azerbaijan in 2024.

The import of automobiles in Azerbaijan amounted to 113,840 vehicles last year and 82,434 ones in the previous year. Thus, the number of cars, designed mainly for transporting people, grew by 38% in 2025.
