January 29, Fineko/abc.az. In 2025, house prices in the UK rose by 1.2%, slowing from 1.9% a year earlier, according to Zoopla.

ABC.AZ reports that the average cost of a house has reached £269,800. At the beginning of 2026, demand recovered to the level of 2024, but remains below the peaks of early 2025. The supply at the market has grown, increasing the choice for buyers. At the same time, a gap remains between regions: prices are rising in the north of the country, while in London and the south there has been a slight decrease because of accessibility problems and high taxes.
