February 2, Fineko/abc.az. The Cabinet Ministers has amended the "preferential and simplified rules for the movement of goods across the customs border that are not intended for production or commercial purposes by individuals", approved by a decree dated October 14, 2013.

ABC.AZ reports that in this regard, Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a new decree.

According to the decree, from now on, taking into account the excise tax exemptions established by Article 188.1.1 of the Tax Code, one mobile phone can be transported through the customs border once during each calendar year on preferential terms (without paying duties).

The decision comes into force on January 1 of the current year.
