February 4, Fineko/abc.az. The authorized capital of Pepsi Bottlers Azerbaijan, a large Azerbaijani manufacturer of soft drinks (Mars Overseas Baku Ltd.), has been increased.

ABC.AZ informs that last year, the authorized capital of the group of companies was increased by 20 million manats (by 28%).

Thus, the capital grew from 70.69 million manats up to 90.69 million manats.

Mars Overseas started its operations in 1999. The main activity of the company is the production and sale of fruit juices, carbonated and non-carbonated drinks, compotes and snacks. Currently, many product names are being produced. Among them, the main brands are PEPSI, MIRINDA, MOUNTAIN DEW, 7UP, JALƏ, GOLDEN GARDEN and NATURA, MIA, I'M TEA.
