February 12, Fineko/abc.az. Indian solar module manufacturer Goldi Solar is considering an initial public offering (IPO) worth $350 million.

ABC.AZ informs, referring to Bloomberg’s sources, that Goldi Solar will submit a draft prospectus in April. The offering is expected to consist mainly of new shares with a small proportion of secondary shares from existing investors.

The sources also clarified that the IPO of Goldi Solar may take place this year at the stock exchange in India. The details of the deal, including its size, structure and timing, are still being clarified and may change.
