February 13, Fineko/abc.az. Goldenpay OJSC is changing its organizational and legal form.

ABC.AZ informs that the company announces its transformation into a limited liability company.

The first fintech company in Azerbaijan, Goldenpay, started its activity in July 2007.

In April 2011, Goldenpay launched an online payment portal Hesab.az. The platform provides a wide range of options for paying for utilities, loans, government payments, insurance services, and various other payments.

On July 17, 2024, the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan granted Goldenpay a license to organize e-money. On March 26, 2025, Goldenpay became part of the Azerconnect Group.
