USA and Taiwan: Multibillion-dollar trade agreement

On February 13, Fineko/abc.az. The United States and Taiwan have officially consolidated the January agreements, reducing mutual duties from 20% to 15% (excluding microchips and smartphones).

ABC.AZ reports that as part of the deal, Taipei will purchase more than $84 billion worth of energy resources, aircrafts, and agricultural products from the U.S., as well as expand access for American goods to its market.
