February 27, Fineko/abc.az. Programs ‘Digital Traveler Visa’ and ‘Digital Talent Visa’ will be implemented on a single platform in Azerbaijan by the end of this year.

ABC.AZ informs that this is reflected in the Action Plan for Accelerating Digital Development for 2026-2028, approved by President Ilham Aliyev.

According to the document, the reporting period also envisages the definition of a special tax regime, the introduction of social insurance and residency benefits, and a review of regulation regarding foreign currency transfers.

According to the Action Plan, it is planned to simplify migration requirements for innovation specialists brought to the country and their family members. The financing of the activities stipulated in the Action Plan will be provided from the State Budget and other sources envisaged by law.
