March 6, Fineko/abc.az. Jeff Bezos' AI lab Project Prometheus has attracted more than $6.2 billion in investments, reaching valuation of around $30 billion. The project plans to create a holding company to purchase industrial companies, from aircraft engine manufacturers to microchips, and modernize them using artificial intelligence technologies.

ABC.AZ informs that among investors are large bankers, sovereign wealth funds and venture capital companies; Arch Venture Partners and specialists from Google and Microsoft are among the partners.

Analysts compare Bezos' strategy to the historical "morganization" - consolidation of industry in the era of J. P. Morgan. However, experts warn that concentration of assets may raise concerns among regulators and affect the labor market.
