March 10, Fineko/abc.az. The average monthly nominal salary of employees in Baku was 1,381 manats last year (a rise of 8.6% against 2024), ABC.AZ informs, referring to the Baku City Statistics Department.

According to preliminary data for 2025, the average monthly nominal salary of employees in the Azerbaijani economy increased by 9.3% compared with 2024 and amounted to 1,102.9 manats.
