Azerbaijani vessels are involved in pipeline operations within TAPI project

March 16, Fineko/abc.az. The vessels of the Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company (ASCO) CJSC carry out transportation of pipes intended for the construction of the TAPI gas pipeline (Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India).

ABC.AZ reports with reference to ASCO that transportation is carried out from the Baku port to the port of Turkmenbashi. ASCO's universal dry cargo vessels Natavan, Rasul Rza, Garadag, Teymur Ahmedov and Maestro Niyazi are involved in the operation.

By the end of the year, these vessels are to deliver 11,700 pipes.
