October 14, Fineko/abc.az. The Program of Great Return to the territories liberated from occupation is already being implemented in practice.

ABC.AZ informs that President of the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers) Organizations Mammad Musayev made the relevant statement at the Azerbaijan International Exhibition for the Restoration, Reconstruction and Development of Karabakh (Rebuild Karabakh – 2025).

"Over the past two years alone, hundreds of infrastructure projects have been implemented in the Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur economic regions, including airports, highways, railways and energy centers. Favorable conditions have been created for employment and entrepreneurship, and tens of thousands of new jobs are planned to be opened. The declaration of Karabakh as a "green zone" and projects related to the introduction of alternative and renewable energy sources further strengthen the belief that Azerbaijan will become an exporter of "green energy". Today, an investment package of international investors worth more than $2 bn is aimed at green energy projects," Musayev said.
