November 13, Fineko/abc.az. For Jan-Oct 2025, Azerbaijani citizens purchased 741 apartments in Turkey (59 aparts, or 8.6% more versus the 2024 same term), ABC.AZ informs, referring to the Statistical Office of Turkey.

In October alone, Azerbaijani citizens bought 96 apartments in Turkey (18 aparts ,or 23.1% more against October 2024).

This October, Azerbaijani citizens took the 6th place in the list of home buyers in Turkey, rising one line in Top 10.

In total, 17,161 apartments were sold to foreign citizens in Turkey from January to October of this year (2,214 aparts, or 11.4% less versus Jan-Oct 2024).

In October alone, foreigners bought 2,123 apartments in Turkey (9 aparts, or 0.4% less than in the same month of 2024).

Over Jan-Oct 2025, the largest number of home buyers in Turkey were still Russian citizens. Over the past 10 months, 2,835 apartments have been sold to them (1,173 aparts, or 29.3% less against Jan-Oct 2024).

In October alone, Russians bought 315 apartments in Turkey (58 aparts, or 15.5% less versus October 2024).

The next place was taken by German citizens. The Germans were ahead of Iran, which took 2nd place in this list last month. So, for 10 months of this year, they sold 1,120 apartments to citizens of this country (78 aparts, or 7.5% more than a year ago). And in October, 191 apartments were sold to Iranians (64 aparts, or 50.4% more against October 2024).

Last month, Iranian citizens came in third place. So, from January to October, Iranian citizens became owners of 1,499 apartments in Turkey (228 aparts, or 13.2% less against Jan-Oct 2024). And last month, Iranians bought 172 apartments in Turkey, which is equal to the figure for the same month in 2024.
