November 13, Fineko/abc.az. Over the past 10 months of this year, there has been a positive trend in the execution of the State Budget. During this period, the treasury authorities executed more than 1.283 million payment orders, and high rates of execution of State Budget revenues were recorded.

ABC.AZ informs, citing the Ministry of Finance, that consolidated budget revenues for Jan-Oct 2025 amounted to 40.96 billion manats, which exceeded the 10-month forecast by 3.946 billion manats or 10.7%.

State Budget revenues for the same period totaled 32.89 billion manats (536.8 million manats or 1.7% more versus the 10-month forecast.

State Budget revenues from the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy amounted to 14.378 billion manats, exceeding the forecast by 752.3 million manats or 5.5%, from the State Property Service under the Ministry of Economy - 38.6 million manats, which is 9.5 million manats or 32.6% more than the forecast, other revenues amounted to 614.8 million manats, exceeding the forecast by 156.1 million manats or 34.0%, transfers from the State Oil Fund amounted to 12.067 billion manats, which corresponds to 100% of the forecast fulfillment.

At the same time, revenues from the State Customs Committee totaled 5.255 billion manats against the forecast of 96.8%, revenues from paid services of organizations funded from the State Budget - 536.5 million manats, and were fulfilled by 72.2% against the forecast.

In the first 10 months of 2025, consolidated budget expenditures were executed in the amount of 32.69 billion manats, which is 872.7 million manats or 2.7% more against Jan-Oct 2024.

State Budget expenditures for the same period were executed for 27.72 billion manats, which is 387.6 million manats or 1.4% less against Jan-Oct 2024.
