December 4, Fineko/abc.az. A new appointment has been made at the Azerbaijan Business Development Fund (under the Ministry of Economy).

ABC.AZ reports that Ulvi Mansurov has been appointed the chairman of board at the Fund.

Ulvi Mansurov was born in 1983 in Baku, received his bachelor's and master's degrees from the Azerbaijan State University of Economics, an MBA from the University of Warwick Business School in the UK in 2015, and a doctorate in business management from the same university in 2024.

Mansurov started his career at the International Bank of Azerbaijan, where he held various positions until 2012. In 2012, he headed the Board of Bank Technique, and in 2015 he became deputy chairman of board of the IBA.

From 2020 until his new appointment, he held the position of executive director of the Azerbaijan Investment Company.
