December 5, Fineko/abc.az. By December 1, 2025, the number of employment contracts reached 1,905,398, ABC.AZ informs with reference to the State Tax Service.

The indicator is more than 503,000 more than at the beginning of 2019. The number of contracts in the private non-oil sector grew by 493,949 up to 1,033,871 contracts.

The Tax Service previously reported that for Jan-Nov 2025, amid “whitewashing” of the number of employees and the wage fund, income from contributions to compulsory state social insurance reached 5.733 billion manats (11.7% or 601.3 million manats more against Jan-Nov 2024). Revenues from extra-budgetary organizations also increased by 12.3% and reached 3.832 billion manats.

Income from unemployment insurance premiums grew by 10.4% compared with Jan-Nov 2024 up to 203 million manats. In extra-budgetary organizations, revenues from this source increased by 11.4% up to 155 million manats.

The increase was also demonstrated by income from contributions to compulsory health insurance. The funds raised in this direction grew by 10.1% versus Jan-Nov 2024 up to 1.6 billion manats. Revenues from extra-budgetary organizations amounted to 713.7 million manats with an increase of 9.6%.
