December 5, Fineko/abc.az. The introduction of a “two-tier system of goods release” is envisaged in the customs system of Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that this is reflected in the action plan for the implementation of the Concept of a Reliable Partner, approved today by order of President Ilham Aliyev.

In addition, according to the document, it is planned to strengthen the mechanisms of financial stability of reliable partners (the formation of a regulatory framework governing the payment of customs duties in installments), as well as development of an additional mechanism to support micro and small entrepreneurs.
