December 16, Fineko/abc.az. Russians have been at the top of the list of foreign buyers of real estate in Turkey for almost four years, ABC.AZ reports, referring to Turkstat.

In November, they concluded 310 transactions, in October - 315, and in 2024 they bought almost 4,900 apartments.

Last month, Ukrainians were in 2nd place (159 transactions) and Germans occupied 3rd place (151). In total, foreigners purchased 1,943 properties (9.7% less than a year earlier). The highest demand was registered in Istanbul (728), Antalya (662) and Mersin (157).

From January to November, 18,993 properties were sold to foreigners (11.1% less than last year), while total home sales in Turkey grew by 13.3% up to more than 1.4 million housing facilities.
