January 5, Fineko/abc.az. The non-working days of March 2026 have been announced.

ABC.AZ informs that according to Cabinet Ministers’ decision, Novruz will be celebrated on March 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24 in 2026. This year, March 21 and 22 fall on Saturday and Sunday. In accordance with the requirements of the Labor Code, March 25 and 26 will also be non-working days.

In addition, Ramadan is celebrated on March 20 and 21. According to the Labor Code, if Ramadan coincides with another holiday that is not considered a working day, the next working day is considered a weekend. Thus, in accordance with the requirements of the Labor Code, March 27 and 30 will also be non-working days.

So, in connection with the holidays of Novruz and Ramadan, non-working days will be March 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 and 30.

Since March 8, International Women's Day, falls on Sunday in 2026, March 9 will also be a non-working day.
